Perched on the rooftop of the highest skyscraper in Los Angeles, 71Above has established a solid reputation as a foodie hangout. There you can discover the sensational cuisine of chef Vartan Abgaryan who skilfully mixes flavours: caviar and tarragon, goat cheese and caramelised onions, and pan-fried octopus with Korean chili pepper.
