Founded in 1948, the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra is the oldest orchestra in Korea. With its prestigious orchestra conductors, composers-in-residence, recordings, and special guests, the orchestra also keeps up with the times, as evidenced by this evening dedicated to Han Kim, the young clarinettist. The teenager has already joined the ranks of the best in the country, and has been praised internationally, during the Clarinet Festival in Japan in particular. In the Concert Hall of the Seoul Arts Center, he will demonstrate his skills by interpreting Mozart's Concerto for Clarinet, as well as the Symphony No. 1.
