The modern and cosmopolitan universe of Blue Mustard in Vienna can be traced both in the decoration and on the menu. Under the intimate and subdued lighting filtered by wooden latticework (reminiscent of the Arabian mashrabiya), you will discover a fusion menu, blending traditional dishes from world cuisine with local products.
This journey is available in four or five courses. Each carries the name of a city: Dijon for the coq au vin, crystallised celery and mushroom cream, Jerusalem for an eastern lamb tartare with zaatar, labneh and braised eggplant, and Malé for the wild rockfish in coconut served with lentils in curry and marinated green papaya. This undeniably refined inventory of world gastronomy earned Blue Mustard its first Michelin star.
