With two Michelin stars, Funky Gourmet, specialises in molecular cuisine and promises a gastronomic experience that you will not soon forget.

“Surprising”, “astonishing”, “wonderful”... all the words you need to describe how you feel when you taste these incredible flavour combinations. You will live this experience in a neoclassical dining room with a minimalist and refined style of ivory and chocolate-coloured decor. Once settled into one of the 16 seats in the ground floor room or upstairs where another 30 seats await you, chefs Georgianna Hiliadaki and Nick Roussos will serve you their tasting menus inspired by classic Greek recipes, which they revisit in their own way.

The famous Greek salad is transformed into white granita, seasoned with a few drops of olive oil and an essence of fresh tomatoes that will strike right at your palate, as will the “Lahanontolmas”, a traditional recipe with Japanese influences, or bottarga bread, made with white chocolate filled with an “explosion of orange” prepared with liquid nitrogen.
