When you make your reservation, please remember to tell the reservation agent your card number.
You can take full advantage of the Saphir services even if you do not have a Saphir card. All you have to do is present another form of ID (identity card, passport, etc.).
Please note: the Saphir card can be issued to you if you live in one of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.
