1. Who is eligible to enroll in VoyageurRewards™?
Any Japan-based company is eligible to enroll providing they don’t currently hold a Corporate Incentive Agreement with Air France.
2. Does Air France require a minimum amount of travel from my company in order to join VoyageurRewards™?
No, there is no obligation or minimum amount of travel required to become a VoyageurRewards™ member.
3. When will I receive my account number?
The company’s Program Administrator will receive a confirmation package including your new account number within 5-10 business days of your online enrollment.
4. Is your statement incomplete?
Your statement will be updated every month around 25th. If you find any missing point, you can request retro claim via Dedicated online service.
5. Would you like to cancel a reward ticket ?
It depends on the booking class. Please refer “Condition for modifying Reward tickets”
