1. Can I check flight times and fare availability without booking?

Simply proceed as though you were booking a flight and stop at the page with the button "Confirm". You can consult flight and fare availability for Air France flights scheduled between 24 hours and ten months from today. If you wish to travel within the next 24 hours, please call our Reservations Center:

2. Can I book tickets from other airlines (other than Air France) on this site?
You can book flights operated by Air France, flights operated by another carrier with an Air France flight number, or KLM flights of certain routes.
3. How to find an airport city code during the booking process?
To find any airport city code, click on the "list of destinations" link, on the first page of the booking process.
4. Can I make a reservation online if my trip starts outside my country of residence?
On www.airfrance.co.jp, you can book flights for departures from domestic airports and overseas airports.
5. How many trips can I book in one session?
You can make a reservation for one trip at a time (a one-way or a round-trip), for up to eight adult passengers and eight infants (child less than two years old), provided each infant travels on an adult's lap. If you want to make additional reservations you must begin a new session. For security reasons, there is a limit of four sessions per day.
6. Can I book a flight departing within 24 hours from now?
On www.airfrance.co.jp, it is not possible to book a flight leaving within the next 24 hours because booking online requires a minimum of 1 day prior to your departure date to process your order. For departures from 24 hours to 5 days from now, you can only book an e-ticket eligible line. For our paper ticket lines, it is not possible to book a flight leaving within the next 5 days on www.airfrance.co.jp, because the paper ticket option requires a minimum of 5 days prior to your departure date to process your order. Online reservations can be made up to 10 months ahead. If you wish to travel within the next 24 hours, please call our Call Center.

7. Can I fly one way in one class of service and then return in another class?
If you purchase a round-trip ticket, you will fly in the same class of service on both ways. If you wish to fly in different classes on your outbound and inbound flights, you may purchase two one-way tickets.
8. I don't understand the fare conditions that were displayed for a particular flight. How do I get additional information about that fare?

10. I have a special diet. Can I choose a specific meal type online?
This service is available during the Booking process.
11. Can I pre-book service for special needs (wheelchair etc) online?
No. For passengers in need of special attention, services need to be booked by telephone. If you require wheelchair assistance or an unaccompanied minor service, please call Call Centre to book.

12. How will I know that my reservation is confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed as soon as you have hit the "confirm" button at the last stage of the booking process after you entered your credit card number. On the confirmation page you will receive a reservation number and your flight details are listed. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail. For electronic bookings you will receive an additional "trip plan" e-mail.
13. Is it possible to change/cancel my reservation after it has been confirmed?
Online, it is not possible to cancel a reservation once the booking has been confirmed. If you wish to cancel your trip or make a change to your reservation, please call our Online Support Desk. This is subject to fare conditions and fees may apply.

14. I forgot to print my itinerary or reservation number. What do I do?

Details of the trip you booked including flight departure times and the confirmation number are listed on the last page of the booking process and in the confirmation e-mail you receive after completing the booking. These details are just for your own information and are not required to be presented at check-in. However, if you are travelling on an e-ticket, you will be required to present your personal identifier at check in. This can be your passport, credit card or frequent flyer card (this is specified during the booking process). If you are travelling on a paper ticket you will receive the tickets within 5 working days. If you require your flight details to be e-mailed to you again please call our Call Center :

15. If I am forced to change airport in Paris (from Paris CDG to Paris Orly, necessary for certain destinations, such as Alicante), is the bus transfer included in the flight ticket price?
The bus ticket fare is not included in the flight ticket fare, so the passenger himself is responsible for buying and paying the transfer bus tickets for trips between Paris CDG and Paris Orly airports.   Learn more
