Available for seniors, pregnant women, and those with reduced mobility, Air France offers personalized services at the airport and throughout your trip: help with check-in and connections, priority boarding, and more.
To take advantage of these services, remember to place your request when booking your trip.
Is your child traveling alone*? With Air France, your child will be greeted at the airport, monitored, and guided at each step of his or her trip. For children between 12 and 17 years of age, a help service is available upon request.

To relax or work before taking your flight, enjoy the amenities and calm environment of our private lounges*. With locations around the world, a wide variety of services are available to you: refreshments, meals, newspapers, Internet access, and more.
And why not treat yourself to a massage? In our lounges located in terminals 2D and 2E of the Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, Air France offers a free massage service with its partner Clarins. Take advantage of 15 minutes of relaxation to eliminate stress and restore your energy! Following the massage, you will receive Clarins product samples to help you continue the relaxing experience.

For connections, Air France is there to help you pleasantly continue your trip:

• On board, we keep you updated with all necessary information.
• On long-haul flights, a video is available to help you visualize your path through the airport to your next destination.

Upon arrival at Paris-Charles de Gaulle or Amsterdam airport, you can also consult the Connections Self-Service kiosks. These allow you to print all information concerning your next flight (boarding gates and times), in addition to your boarding pass if it was not already given to you at check-in, or if you would like to change your seat.
If any changes are made to your connection, rest assured: as soon as you arrive at the Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, an SMS will give you the details for the rest of your trip. You can then print your new boarding pass at a Connections Self-Service kiosk. To take advantage of this service, remember to include your mobile telephone number when booking your flight.
